LIVONIA â A Conesus woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Big Tree Road, reports the Livingston County Sheriffâs Office.
Deputy Michael Donals was assigned to the Sheriffâs Office STOP DWI Unit about 12:30 a.m. March 6 when he initiated a traffic stop for an alleged violation of state Vehicle and Traffic Law.
The operator of the vehicle was identified as Tanya M. Latone, 40, from Conesus. During the stop, the deputy suspected that Latone was under the influence of alcohol. The deputy did conduct a DWI investigation, which included the performance of standardized field sobriety tests. At the conclusion of the roadside investigation, Latone was taken into custody for DWI, the Sheriffâs Office said.
