BRENTWOOD A Rockingham Sheriff's Office deputy engaged in a high-speed pursuit Monday night with a reckless driver that managed to evade capture, according to authorities. Officials report that around 9 p.m., the deputy attempted to stop a white Honda CRV for reckless driving along Route 101 west in Brentwood. The vehicle, sporting an unknown
