Earthjustice seeks a Deputy Managing Attorney to join our team of lawyers and advocates working to eliminate the U.S.’s dependence on coal-fired power generation by 2030, decrease the impact of fossil-fueled power generation on the health and well-being of local communities, and to halt a growing rush to gas-fired generation and promote clean energy in its stead. We seek an attorney with strong management skills, emotional intelligence, and cultural competency. We seek an individual with at least ten years of litigation experience to both litigate and to work with a Managing Attorney and Deputy Managing Attorneys to ensure effective management of a growing, diverse team of lawyers and associated professional staff.
