MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The “End of Watch Ride to Remember” made a stop in Macon-Bibb County to honor a deputy killed in the line of duty. Along with their trailer, a group of six motorcycle riders stopped at the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday to honor the life of Deputy
Kenterrous Taylor. Taylor died in March 2020 in a car crash while responding to a burglary call.
The group says the goal is to visit cities and police departments to honor the men and women of law enforcement who paid the ultimate price in their service. The tour also honors the families fallen officers leave behind.

MACON, Ga. Wednesday, a national motorcycle group will honor a deputy killed in a traffic accident in 2020.
According to a news release from the Bibb County Sheriff s Office, the event, The Beyond the Call of Duty – End of Watch Ride to Remember, will be held in honor of 27-year-old Deputy Kenterrous Taylor. Taylor was killed after getting thrown from his cruiser in a crash near the intersection of Forsyth Road and Napier Avenue in March 2020.

MACON, Ga. Macon-Bibb County officials, first responders, and family members came together Friday morning for the annual Peace Officer’s Memorial Day program.
During the ceremony, officers read all the name of public safety officers who died in the line of duty. This year they unveiled the name of Deputy Kenterrous Taylor. Taylor died in March 2020 after a cruiser accident on the way to a call.
