The Review-Journal has agreed to give prosecutors, police and defense attorneys the majority of files from the phone of slain investigative reporter Jeff German.
This marks the second time a jury has been asked to judge Thomas Randolph in the deaths of his wife, Sharon Randolph, and handyman Michael Miller, who prosecutors say acted as Randolph’s hired hit man.
Thomas Randolph, who was sentenced to death in 2017 for the deaths of his sixth wife and an alleged hit man, is facing a retrial after his conviction was overturned.
