KATHMANDU, Oct 13: Non-Resident Ambassador of Nepal to the Republic of Finland, Dr Ram Swarth Ray, presented his Letters of Credence to President of the Republic of Finland, Sauli Niinistö, amidst a special ceremony held at The Presidential Palace of Helsinki, Finland.
