Richmond City Manager Jon Moore said Friday he and Mayor Tim Rix, both of whom attended the trial in support of Costello, are pleased with the outcome as they supported Costello throughout the process.
Costello’s attorney, Arthur J. Weiss, during cross examination countered Bush’s testimony that officers could access LEIN solely for a “crime” or “possible crime,” and any information can only be disclosed to another police officer investigating the same case.
