Homeless encampment in the north bay is sparring with and suing a local tire shop that operates on the other side. And tonight youre going to hear from that tire shop only on abc seven. Good evening. This particular encampment backs up against a small creek in the town of san rafael, and has been a source of contention in town for years, except this time a member in the homeless encampment is threatening to take things to court over a new noisy tactic. Right now at 11, it went up in flames in dramatic fashion. You probably remember these images a home depot burning to the ground in san jose. The flames and smoke seen for miles after an arsonist at the store on fire two years ago tonight. That store is being held accountable for its part in that destructive blaze. Home depot is being ordered to pay more than a million bucks for Code Violations that hampered firefighters efforts. Lets bring in nbcs Jocelyn Moran with the details.
