He is being charged with third degree murder in the death of a black man. We have never charged a case in that kind of timeframe. We could only charge a case when we have sufficient evidence to prove the case without a reasonable doubt. Floyd was nonresponsive for nearly 3 minutes before floyd was down. Provide the order. They promised swift justice well standing for peaceful demonstration. I refuse to have it take away the attention of what we need to work on.
