is basically that the focus. these adult issues adult pornography issues are not of interest in terms of prosecution. i don t think that s true. i think it s fair to con sl date a function of child exploitation and obscenity. the law is still on the books. but they are harder to bring for several reasons. old obscenity laws. first amendment rights. and judges have pointed that out. judges and juries have dismissed adult cases of pornography. the biggest problem i think is child pornography and child exploitation. in those cases. that s been the priority of the department. will be the priority of the department. but not to the ex-cliewfertion other exploitation case. martha: you might think these are adults, but what you don t know what s underneath the
martha: we got word that attorney general eric holder shut down a federal task force that was dedicated to fighting pornography it was created by presidenpresident bush in 2005 s meant to crack down on distr distributors. but the doj says it can do it better through the obscenity section. the director policy at the american center for law and justice. welcome, gentlemen. so basically this sort of went under the radar. but does the justice department eliminated the task force and they said no problem we are not off of this topic. we are pushing is to this other child exploitation and obscenity section. one of the problems i m hearing
