Second, is our Health Care System robust, so if there is another resurgence in cases, we can manage those cases, helping patients to survive in preventing healthcare workers from becoming infected. Third, is the Public Health system ready to box in the virus , which is testing, isolation, contact tracing, and quarantine . Get the four corners of the box right, and you can control cases and clusters so they dont explode.
