More provinces are putting up green lanes to re-open their economies to tourists and returning residents.
Bacolod, Tacloban, Cotabato and Cauayan have now scrapped the RT-PCR tests for fully-vaccinated people and accept vaccination cards as a travel requirement.
Cebu, Davao, and Iloilo are expected to follow.
Passengers are considered fully-vaccinated at least 14 days after having received the second dose in a two-dose series, or at least 14 days after having received a single-dose vaccine.
Cebu Pacific (CEB) welcomed the decision of these provinces.

To date, three destinations in Cebu Pacific’s network have local government orders that adopted the IATF resolution -Bacolod, Cauayan City in Isabela and Tacloban.

Cebu Pacific Air Offers Affordable Antigen Tests for Travelers
The Philippines’ leading carrier,
Cebu Pacific (PSE: CEB), commercially launches its Test Before Boarding (TBB) process for passengers flying from Manila, after its successful pilot run with the local government of General Santos. This process makes use of an antigen test taken just hours before the scheduled time of departure, with results released within 30 minutes.
CEB offers this antigen test for only PHP 700, the lowest rate in the industry. The TBB testing facility at the NAIA Terminal 3 is now open for walk-ins from 2AM to 2PM daily. CEB passengers will only have to register onsite and pay the fee directly to CEB’s diagnostic partner, Philippine Airport Diagnostic Laboratory (PADL).
