SP approves milk-feeding program for 2-5-year-olds in Davao City. The ordinance allows the city mayor to establish a Milk Feeding Program in coordination with the DSWD. The city will source milk from local dairy cooperatives, and the DSWD will oversee program execution, ensuring 120 days of twice-daily milk feeding.
