Ex-Kano Poly Rector, Muhammad appointed NBTE Acting Executive Secretary

NBTE Deputy Director, Public Relations, Jacob Abang announced this on Wednesday.
Muhammad took over from Ekpenyong Ekpenyong, who retired from service on January 22 at the age of 60.
He was the Acting ES since Masa’udu Kazaure bowed out three months ago, after serving as NBTE ES for 10 years.
Ekpenyong concluded the promotion exercise for senior staff currently awaiting approval by the board, as well as the commencement of the 2020/2021 accreditation exercise.
“The town planner had also ensured the collection of academic data for the production of the board’s Digest of Statistics and monitoring of capital projects in the polytechnics, among others”, Abang noted.

“I requested for more Mobile Police Squadrons to be deployed to Oyo State and also asked for support for the joint security outfit because the underlying issue here also has to do with limited opportunities.
