Basically what happens when you come in to get an application from the department of Public Health and there are certain conditions you need to meet. You need to have a business license and then we ask you for referrals. You can see the referrals are going to the Planning Department for a referral and that will determine making sure the location that if you open your business that it abides by the zoning code and if you need to go through a different process.
