State in fema emergency funds will pay about 66 a day for three meals. Restaurant owners like the idea but say they need to read the fine print. Earlier this evening i spoke with the family, went by their house again. They are obviously very happy that police have made an arrest in connection to this burglary and the death of their dog. But heres the thing. Theres one more person that police are looking for, and the suspected burglar that they have behind bars right now says thats who is responsible for shooting their 7yearold mixed boxer. Police say this man was behind a robbery that ended deadly in the crest view neighborhood in north phoenix. The molars home was ransacked last month. They told me they found their 13yearold dog, phoebe, shot and killed in their backyard. Police say they were tipped off after someone saw this Surveillance Video released last week. Police say they went into the walmart and used the car stolen from their home. Police say tibets admitted too all of this, including his role in the robbery.
