Some of them dont even know thats what they want, but thats what they want. But the executive order is mostly symbolic. It sets goals if you will. The real reform, if its to come, will have to come from congress. With Senate Republicans expected to unveil their proposal tomorrow. Joining me now is my coanchor for the next two hours, katy tur.
