From 4am this morning Belgium, Luxembourg, Turkey, Armenia, Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Bermuda, Curacao, Kenya and the Maldives were added to the list of Category 2 countries. 2 2 Foreign Affairs Minister Simon CoveneyCredit: Reuters There are now 71 countries on the mandatory quarantine red list and the Deparment of Health have warned that only those who have prebooked their quarantine room should be allowed on flights. According to RTE, a Dublin Airport spokesperson said routes involving some of the new countries on the list have been busier since the announcement.
