The Deoghar district administration has issued guidelines for managing the high footfall of devotees expected at the Babadham temple on New Year. Security arrangements and traffic diversions have been planned to ensure efficient management. No-entry zones have been identified, and parking spaces have been allocated. Bike squads and quick response teams will take action against drunkards and reckless drivers. Security has also been increased at tourist and picnic spots in Dumka.
