Voters across North Texas headed back to the polls this month to cast their ballots on hundreds of municipal races. Voters considered new mayors, new city council members, new school board trustees, and dozens of propositions.
The municipal races for Dallas County are listed below, alphabetical by city. In cities where the vote was split across county lines, those results are cumulative in the races below.
Race results will be available after 7 p.m. on Election Day.

Though Allison was born and raised in Texas, she spent more than a decade in Washington D.C. before moving back to Grand Prairie a couple of years ago. She brings her experience under the Obama Administration as a senior attorney and a federal prosecutor for the U.S. Department of Justice to the table. Fort Worth will have a new mayor for the first time in a decade as voters Saturday were choosing a successor to Betsy Price, the only Republican mayor of Texas’ big cities.
The winner is set to take over a rapidly changing Fort Worth. The city has grown to nearly 1 million residents, and Democrats have made fast inroads in surrounding Tarrant County, one of the GOP’s biggest strongholds in Texas.
Although the race is officially nonpartisan, the crowded field includes Tarrant County Democratic Party Chairwoman Deborah Peoples, who lost to Price in 2019. If elected, she would become Fort Worth’s first Black mayor.
