MUSKEGON, MI – A former industrial site on Muskegon Lake could be transformed under a 10-year plan from a local developer.
Ryan Leestma of Adelaide Pointe envisions building a marina, condos, a restaurant and retail space on more than 30 acres of waterfront property at 1204 and 1148 W. Western Avenue.
“I hope to see that entire area as a busy maritime community,” Leestma said.
