They do have the social worker on hand. Its terrible to see librarians having to mediate disputes between some irritable patrons. Lava mae is a mobile shower and Toilet Service that is meant to address the massive shortage in showers and sanitation available to the homeless. We are not out on the ground yet. We are a brand new organization. We are working on our first bus which we hoke hope to launch in may and provide up to 45 showers a day. I will give a little bit of background on the buses and what they look like and how well be working with those with disabilities but i wanted to show a quick video to frame the issue first. Dont hear all that much about it especially when you talk to republicans, evidenced by the fact that there is a long line of cars waiting to get into this event for joni ernst roast and ride where the headliner is Vice President mike pence demonstrates republicans are still backing the president. I talked to the host of the the event, senator joni ernst, who has tried to stake her own claim in washington, not necessarily someone in opposition of donald trump, but shes not always arm and arm with him and i asked her about Donald Trumps move back to America First this week and this is how senator ernst responded. I think he is a very different president than what weve seen in the past and he is his own person and so we just move forward and know that he will bring a different dynamic into the president s office. However, in congress, we just stay focused on the issues at hand that would be health care, tax reform, infrastructure package. Im going to be working on the farm bill coming up
