James Coe, 20, of Danville, was arrested in Revere Wednesday and arraigned as a fugitive from justice in Chelsea District Court on Thursday. He waived an extradition hearing and was ordered held without bail until New Hampshire authorities retrieve him.
James Coe, 20, is suspected in the death of his mother, 59-year-old Denise Damato-Coe, who was found dead in her home in Danville, New Hampshire on Aug 3.
