Report into Leeds teenager s death expected within weeks

Leeds City Council is expected to publish a long-awaited report into Jordan Burling in the coming weeks, more than five years after the teenager's mysterious death, the YEP understands.

Jordan Burling was found dead by West Yorkshire paramedics in June 2016   He was found  weighing 6st, covered in bed sores and wearing a soiled nappy  He resembled the victim of a Second World War death camp due to malnutrition His mother Dawn Cranston, 45, was jailed for manslaughter for four years She has now been freed after serving less than two years in prison
