BUZZARDS BAY A historic tall ship called the Ernestina-Morrissey is expected to arrive at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy campus this fall, after years of renovation.  Taking the helm is Capt. Tiffany Krihwan, who is joining the academy staff. Her first day on campus was this past Sunday.  “I’m really looking forward to seeing her sailing again,” Krihwan said of the Ernestina-Morrissey. “It’s been a long time. I think lots of people are looking forward to that. She has such an important history both for the United States and for this area.”  The 126-year-old boat has needed a lot of work after a long life of fishing, exploring the cold waters off the Arctic and transporting Cape Verde emigrants and cargo from  islands off of Africa, Krihwan said.
