Centex Warming Stations Asks For Donations and Volunteers

As the temperature continues to drop, several warming stations are being opened around the CenTex. Wednesday night, warming stations opened in Temple and Killeen. Before the pandemic, facilities would open overnight and close by 8 a.m., and during the day, the homeless would stay at the Temple Library. With the library being closed due to COVID-19, Impact Church will remain open 24/7. According to KWTX, the Temple Homeless Taskforce asks for volunteers and donations to make it through the next couple of days.
