The speaker at Monday s Democratic luncheon will be Adam Keller, spokesperson for Gush Shalom (Hebrew for "Peace Bloc"), an extra-parliamentary organization independent of any political party. The group objects to the Israeli occupation of the West Bank, and opposes Israel s policies of blockade and non-recognition of the Gaza Strip.

Truckee Meadows Community College political science professor Fred Lokken will be the featured speaker at Monday s Democratic luncheon. Prof. Lokken will give his expert analysis of the recently concluded 82nd regular session and special sessions. He will also look ahead to the 2024 election season.
