A political bloc of five parties in Tunisia expressed on Wednesday its categorical rejection of the coup authority s iron-fist policy and security solutions in the face of growing civil society .
The Afek Tounes Party announced, on Thursday, its intention to boycott the early legislative elections on 17th December. By so doing, Afeq Tounes becomes the eleventh party to announce its boycott .
Five Tunisian parties yesterday announced their boycott of the legislative elections which President Kais Saied called to be held in December. This came during a press conference held in the capita.
The announcement came in a joint statement by the Workers’ Party, the Republican Party, the Democratic Current, the Modernist Pole, and the Al-Takatul for Labor and Freedoms.
