Northam was a pediatric neurologist. The page is from a medical School Yearbook whether he was 25 years old. It shows northam and a friend, one dressed in black face and another dressed as a ku klux klan. It was posted on a rightwing website called big league politics. The guys that run the site used to run roy moores senate campaign. After they posted the photo, it was verified by the main stream press.
