A cable news powerhouse for a quarter century, Fox News portrayed itself as the only credible reliable news source for conservative Americans. Until the last few years, they dominated that space because there were few if any alternatives. They garnered the largest market share of cable news by attracting a vast following of loyal conservative viewers, but this relationship has become increasingly strained particularly since the 2020 election.

The salacious sensational saga of Hunter Biden continues to drag on, teasing with corruption at the highest levels and titillating with outright sleazy homemade pornography. However, like a long running soap opera, there is endless drama and suspense, but no climax or conclusion. Despite the breath-taking investigative roller coaster and incredible influence peddling, the Hunter Biden story is tawdry and tedious, so it has become puzzling that nothing has been done, and boring that nothing will be done. But that’s the second goal. Grind out the story until Americans lose interest or just give up on any hope of justice.
