Guerra was arraigned on two new misdemeanor charges. However, a judge dismissed previous charges against her. Guerra pleaded not guilty to the new charges.

SARATOGA SPRINGS - Democrat Dillon Moran, who lost a 2019 election for public works commissioner, plans a second try for City Council for accounts commissioner.
Moran, a lifelong city resident, will run to replace Democrat John Franck who has been on the council since 2006.
“I want to carry on John’s tradition of excellence in this position,” said Moran. “I am ready to take on new challenges and create innovative approaches to the issues facing our city.”
