SERVICES across Keighley will begin to reopen from Monday (April 12) as the latest Government lockdown restrictions are eased. Non-essential retailers, personal care premises such as hair salons and some public buildings will open their doors once again. And pubs and restaurants can start serving customers outdoors. Bradford Council facilities reopening on Monday include Keighley Leisure Centre, plus the Marley Activities and Coaching Centre. Keighley Library will also open its doors for self-service browsing and managed use of public computers and study areas. Jason Longhurst, the council’s interim strategic director for place, said: “We’re very pleased that we are able to open some of our facilities to the public once again in line with the Government’s roadmap.
