The All Progressives Congress candidate in the Delta South Senatorial District Election, Joel Onowakpo Thomas, has called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to cancel last Saturday’s senatorial election in the district, because of several manipulations. Thomas noted that he was in possession of copious evidence of grievous electoral malpractices and malfeasance perpetrated by his opponent in the elections such as the “refusal to use the BVAS machines provided by INEC to accredit voters.”
