Developers will go before the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency on Thursday to outline several major updates to a proposed mixed-use project in the city.
The development, called Fabrick, would be located along Atlantic Avenue and Seventh Avenue in Delray Beach. Over 25 years, they have talked about this development coming, said barbershop owner Norcibin Monhomma. Artist renderings of a new mixed-use development planned for the 600-800 block of West Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach.
He said he has seen other projects be proposed but ultimately fail.
