Two 18-year-olds wanted in connection with a Rockville teen’s shooting death last week turned themselves in on Tuesday, Montgomery County police said.
John Delonte Black Jr. who is accused of murder and Annbel Sierra Massilon were wanted in connection with the death of Kennedy Merritt-Millet, 18, whose body was found in the Fairland area of Silver Spring last week.
Merritt-Millet was shot on June 22 near the intersection of Greencastle Road and Turbridge Drive near a bus park and ride lot, police said.
