Children’s Books On Wheels (CBOW) is a deceiving name for a community nonprofit organization providing medical registration, social services, year-round tax assistance, certified trainings for job placement, school essentials for youth and occasional meals for vulnerable populations throughout the county in addition to free books at most events. Children’s Books On Wheels also had the first free COVID-19 testing available in May for over 700 individuals in jus
