At Dell Music Center when shots were fired. Man in his 20s was hit in the torso and thigh. He was taken to Temple University hospital where he was pronounced dead the event was called philly support philly peace on the street. There was about 600 people in attendance at the concert. The concert ironically was a peace co 11 30, one was police are hoping surveillance cameras will help them catch the hooter. We are only getting a description of the shooter as being one male wearing a dark hooded sweat shirt and jeans, who possibly fled southbound on tenth street. Reporter earlier a man was shot nine times in his apartment, and that happened around 12 30 on the 4500 block of boost veer. Ten shots were fired in the apartment, at the time, there were three other adults and one toddler. Twentyeight yearold victim was hit multiple times in the torso, chest and both legs. He was taken to einstein hospital in critical but stable condition. W they say drugs were found in the apartment. Police are

A 20 year old man is shot in the parking lot of the music center as a piece concert took place inside. This is a live look at the scene it happened around 8 30 p. M. When about 600 spectators were inside. The man is is in Critical Condition at Temple University hospital. The shook happened around 8 30. Police found the victim at 33rd and huntington. No arrests at this time but cops are looking for a white chevy impala. Witnesses are now being questioned by police. The dell center has surveillance camera which is police are looking at right now.
