Henderson County, Ill.- A Biggsville, Illinois man and woman are facing multiple charges after being arrested Friday, April 14th. According to the Henderson County States Attorney, 45-year-old Wesley Fields and 39-year-old Tamara Fields, both of Biggsville were charged Friday with two counts of Aggravated Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Use of Property, and 3 counts of Unlawful Possession of Weapons by Felon. If convicted of aggravated unlawful possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, the maximum statutory penalty for the crime is a term of imprisonment of not less than 8 years and not more than 40 years. The charge also carries an 18-month term of mandatory supervised release and a possible fine of up to $200,000.
