A 32-year-old man was allegedly assaulted by a group of men in Basant Nagar area of Daba. The police have registered an FIR against four identified and six unidentified accused. Two of the accused have been arrested.
An unidentified person broke into a house in Coimbatore and made away with 38 sovereigns of gold ornaments. The police have formed a special team to catch the burglar.
