Police said the victim, Vansh Jolly, a resident of Mansarovar Garden, worked as a marketing agent for a cosmetic product company. He is survived by his mother.
“A black law has been made on the drivers. due to which an atmosphere of fear has been created among us.,” Sanjay Samrat, President of Delhi Transport Union, said.
Further, data showed that in around 73% of the total accident cases, the actual reasons behind why it took place were not known. “Out of 1,428 fatal crashes, causes were reported in 283 cases. But for the remaining 1,145 fatal accidents, no cause was mentioned,” added the report.
