GRAP-III was imposed on November 2, which restricted construction and demolition activities in Delhi and the larger National Capital Region. The order to revoke ban was issued on November 28.
The move came after Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena convened a meeting on November 28 with Delhi RERA Chairman Anand Kumar at Raj Niwas and requested him to revisit the order.
Located in South Delhi’s Rangpuri area, the homestand comprises 12 bighas of farmland and a farmhouse. The transaction is the latest in a series of large real estate deals in Delhi this year.
