A Delhi-bound Akasa flight from Pune had to make an emergency landing in Mumbai after a passenger claimed to have a bomb in their bag. The flight was diverted and landed safely in Mumbai, where the passenger s luggage was thoroughly searched but no suspicious object was found. The passenger was taken to the hospital due to chest pain. The flight later departed for its original destination after the bomb claim was determined to be a hoax. Mumbai Police is currently investigating the incident.
