NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Be a part of the fight against breast cancer. Join Krewe de Pink for their second annual Death by Chocolate – NOT Breast Cancer fundraiser. “Breast Cancer is the leading cause of cancer in women and a disease that has touched someone we know – yet how to get involved in the fight can be difficult” says Greg Cantrell, president. That is why Krewe de Pink created another fun way for people to support Breast Cancer Research.
The event, Death by Chocolate – NOT Breast Cancer, is a chocolate tasting with champagne which will be held Saturday, July 10, from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. at the Schoen Mansion, 3827 Canal St., New Orleans. This year’s event will be dedicated in memory of Norma Jane Sabaton, one of the 2020 Sweet Six Survivors. Tickets are limited and start at $45 per person in advance and $60 at the door.
