Noida: Work on Chilla elevated road, which will connect Mayur Vihar in Delhi to Mahamaya flyover in Noida, is expected to get delayed by six months from its December 2021 deadline to mid-2022. Officials said that the state government has not released funds to the tune of Rs 302 crore despite several letters from the Noida Authority.
The work on the Rs 605 crore project, which is being built on a fifty-fifty partnership between the Noida Authority (through UP Bridge Corporation Ltd) and the state government, is already delayed due to the pandemic where only 36% of pile work and 3% of pile cap completed.
