Reporter good morning, sam and chris. Timothy nguyen did not enter a plea this morning as his new attorney needs more time to look at his case file. Nguyen is expected back here downtown on august 7 to enter a plea at that time. We did speak with the Deputy District Attorney who is prosecuting this case. He tells us there are fooiive victims, three boys, two girls ages 12 to 15. Nguyen was arrested last thursday for allegedly spending sexually explicit texts to students while coaching them at the swim school in san jose. He would teach them about the sport of swimming and then progress to asking them for sexual favors and nude photos of the teens. There was never any sexual contact.
