Now state troopers also focused their attention further down the highway that was a short time ago, traffic has been crawling on this portion of the northbound lanes, and troopers are still out here, in fact, just moments ago more Pennsylvania State troopers did arrive. Somehow she got a hold of her fathers loaded weapon inside of their home, and she somehow pulled the trigger.
