WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA Officer Jessica Bloomingdale has been promoted to Sergeant by the Warrington Township Police Department, the department announced on Friday. Bloomingdale becomes the first female sergeant in the department s 50-year history. Sergeant Bloomingdale has worked very hard for this well-deserved promotion and has clearly demonstrated her potential to do great things for the department, Warrington Township Police Chief Daniel Friel said.
