A Federal Circuit panel signaled it’s unlikely to overturn a district judge’s sanctions against a patent-infringement plaintiff who refused to travel to testify as part of a probe into litigation financing in his court.

Delaware’s chief judge postponed a hearing in which an entity linked to IP Edge and its lawyer were set to fight threatened sanctions for flouting a November disclosure order, saying the company has now turned over documents that must be reviewed.
