Of course thats not just a flash flood warning, but and emergency, and thats the highest alert that we have for flooding. A lot of roads are flooded or washed out in places, especially the southern part of Harnett County. Thats where all the trouble starting to ease up. Thats great news. That does not mean the flooding is going to ease um. Instead, of course, the rivers and streams are filling up because of all that run, and it will still be a problem. A lot of heavy rain in clinton. Hours of overnight storms really impacted the area. First though breaking news in Cumberland County. Officials have declared a state of emergency because of flooding. A Domestic Violence order against him in 2015 saying he hit his child, kicked her and threatened to kill them with his gun. No arrests yet following a statewide amber alert, but, a newly released 911 call is giving us more insight. A woman who called for help, told dispatchers, she left her 2yearold daughter in her suv, while she went inside a home in rocky mount to get her computer.
