There is an investigation into some abuse and neglect that happened in West Philadelphia where police say a disabled man was left in critical condition. Officials say a Family Member dropped the man off at a hospital over the weekend and has not been seen since. The police were called to the hospital after doctors discovered the mans body was covered in bedsores. And now theyre trying to find out who did this.
